Rates & Surcharges

  • All rates subject to 13% HST and 15% driver gratuity.
  • Extra stops: Sedan $10 | SUV $15 | Stretch $25 (+ tax each).
  • Highway 407 ETR toll charges apply if used.
  • Pearson Airport surcharge: Sedans/SUVs $15 | Stretch $27 | Coach $60.

Cancellation Policy

  • Flight delays: no waiting charge for airport pickups. Other: $10 per 15 min.
  • Changes need 24-hr notice; late changes incur a 25% rescheduling fee.
  • Local cancellations: 24-hr notice. Cross-border: 48-hr notice.
  • Late cancellations: 50–100% fare. No-shows: full fare charged.
